John did a great job repairing our LG dryer. He called in advance to let me know he could get to us earlier than expected. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed a broken circuit on the control board and was able to do an on-site repair.
From booking to execution GoTech was phenomenal! John was able to come on relatively short notice to fix our tenants washing machine. He did some troubleshooting and found an issue with the control board. Called me and discussed options, either fully replace the board or attempt to fix the board with a part from a donor control board. John was able to repair the existing board, which saved us both time and saved me money. Trustworthy, honest and very professional, I would not hesitate to use GoTech again or recommend them to people I know. Thank you guys!
